Western Mountaineering UltraLite

Western Mountaineering · High · Very light for the rating

A long-ownership 20°F-class down bag with a reputation for honest fill.

As an Amazon Associate, Trailkit Outdoor earns from qualifying purchases. Full disclosure

Western Mountaineering is the buy-once argument. The UltraLite is not a bargain and it is not roomy. Measure yourself. A bag this expensive in the wrong length is a storage problem, not a heirloom. Dry trips only, unless you are diligent with a dry bag.

Who should buy it. Hikers who already know they sleep in a slim mummy and want fill quality.

Best for. People who will own one bag for years

Standout limitation. Price and a closer fit
